Welcome to VowRegistry. By accessing or using vowregistry.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

VowRegistry provides a wedding planning platform for couples to create wedding websites, manage RSVPs, track registries, and coordinate their wedding events. You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@vowregistry.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

VowRegistry offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on VowRegistry (wedding information, guest lists, photos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant VowRegistry a limited license to store and display that content to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), Amazon (registry links), and Lob (printed invitations). Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Amazon registry links may include an affiliate tag. VowRegistry may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting hello@vowregistry.com.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VowRegistry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice.
